Here at 1st American Design & Construction our commitment to establish long-term relationships with our clients has helped us to become a leader in the commercial construction industry in Arizona. We provide design-build, management and construction services for mixed materials, masonry, tilt-up and metal building construction.

For 30 years, we've been tackling construction projects with skill and speed. Our clients have included specialty retailers including pet supply store Goodyears tire stores, restaurants, medical offices, corporate offices, mixed-use developments and even a water park. Our projects range from tenant improvements and additions, to new building construction.

Pre-construction planning and support is important to the success of the construction process. 1st American Design & Construction’s approach includes close coordination and evaluation of project requirements with owners and our project team, to include alternate means and methods of construction to help reduce cost and schedule duration. We were able to implement our planning and construction process techniques to completely reconstruct an entire 40 acre water park in 45 days!
